My AC went out Thursday evening. I called Tokay Heating & Air the next morning. They immediately scheduled a tech to check it out that afternoon. He was very thorough and correctly identified the problem. Unfortunately, the part that had to be replace, had to be ordered, which took several days. Once the part arrived in Lodi, they immediately scheduled the tech for that afternoon. He installed the new part and had my AC running again. The ladies in the office were very understanding and helpful with the quick scheduling of the tech. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. I hope I will not need them again for awhile. But when I do, I will call them. I highly recommend them.
