The team from Tokay worked hard all day in 100 degrees to make sure we had air conditioning in less than 24 hours, even though our ancient electric system posed challenges. They made sure everything was working and we were happy before they left! Big thanks to Manuel, Luis, Brian, and Rick!! They even pushed our heavy classic car out of the way to do work when the battery was dead!

Very happy with my service relating to Tokay heating and air. Just had Manuel stop in and perform a service check, with our Bosch heat pump system performing perfectly. Very happy with this unit! Manuel was very friendly and professional, doing a great job with the service.

My AC went out Thursday evening. I called Tokay Heating & Air the next morning. They immediately scheduled a tech to check it out that afternoon. He was very thorough and correctly identified the problem. Unfortunately, the part that had to be replace, had to be ordered, which took several days. Once the part arrived in Lodi, they immediately scheduled the tech for that afternoon. He installed the new part and had my AC running again. The ladies in the office were very understanding and helpful with the quick scheduling of the tech. The tech was professional and very knowledgeable. I hope I will not need them again for awhile. But when I do, I will call them. I highly recommend them.

Rick, Manuel and Josh were great to work with during the installation on a 105 degree day and in the follow up visits for air duct and city inspection processes. I was referred to Tokay by my previous HVAC company as my unit failed and they were booked a month in advance for installation. Tokay had someone out to my house the next day to give me options for replacement systems and they installed the new system 3 days later all during a heat wave. I highly recommend Tokay Heating & Air.

We were totally satisfied with Tokay Air conditioning, they notified us of everything they were going to do, were on time & efficient. Brian who came out to look at our unit was sad that our unit was not fixable, it was 21 years old, he tried to make it painless but our unit was fried, no fixing. Received amazing service by Jackie, Josh and Jessie this August when my air-conditioner suddenly started misbehaving right in the middle of triple digits sequential in hot summer days. They provided me with same day service, they knew what they are doing. I am thankful for the service. Josh and Jessie were awesome. They were professional and gentlemen. They were able to do a Fast identification of the issue which defines their experience and quick fix which tells their preparedness. Tokay Heating & Air has the best customer service. My new unit failed after a few months and within one week Albert, Gabe and Brian installed a new factory unit. Very friendly and tiddy. They have installed 4 units in our neighborhood. Highly recommended!!!
